Building Waters, Inc. (Building Waters) is a full-service plumbing company formed in 2011 by Wesley Rosenberg who decided to start his own business as the sole employee. From 2011 to October 2015, Wes operated the business out of his personal residence. Due to the large growth in business, Building Water's rented part of a warehouse at 2101 Lathrop Avenue in October 2015 and completed a build-out of the space including signage and multiple office spaces. In March 2017 Wes discovered the building was being sold; having invested a significant amount of money into the building, he decided to purchase it. This nail salon opened in West Racine in 2011 before relocating in 2014 to its current downtown location on Main Street. The business has outgrown its leased space and desires to offer more services and grow business. To do that, the owners sought a building that would allow for continuded growth in downtown Racine. That opportunity arose across the street from their current location. Anne and her husband John purchased 333 Main Street and are now in the process of renovating it to house the salon.
