Johnson Health Tech North America

Johnson Health Tech North America, a manufacturer of award-winning fitness equipment, has relocated their manufacturing operations to the Town of Yorkville. Their previous production facility was located in a 1940’s industrial building in Milwaukee; however, due to the age and configuration of the building, production and growth had become difficult. The more modern and central location will allow Johnson Health Tech to operate more efficiently.

BLP (Business Lending Partners) assisted the company in obtaining an incentivized loan to support the relocation to Racine County as well as the creation and retention of Racine County jobs. Johnson Health Tech expects to create 25 new jobs while relocating 40 more to the new location. The loan assisted in making capital improvements and to build out the space. The project consists of over 200,000 square feet of space at 1333 Grandview Parkway, Yorkville, WI.

“Johnson Health Tech North America is a great example of a growing company that has found increased value in Racine County,” notes Jonathan Delagrave, Racine County Executive. “We are pleased that Johnson Health Tech chose to invest here, taking advantage of Racine County’s prime location in the heart of the Chicago-Milwaukee corridor.”

BLP is a certified lender of Small Business Administration (SBA) loan products. Assisting companies throughout the state of Wisconsin, BLP provides expert information to businesses on the available products to fund business growth.
